In a world where reality meets legends, gold is seen as a mythical creature which needs to be hunted – and which cannot be caught without a fight. And in this world, albino children are seen as a demi-god, who are sent to the mines to sing with the hope of attracting gold. A child given to prospectors by his father in a Senegalese goldmine becomes their talisman.
